Founded in 1979, Marshall Reddick Real Estate is a leading, national residential real estate firm. We offer five diverse services:

Our innovative structure, vast knowledge and relationships, everyday market experience, and residential real estate expertise enable us to custom tailor services to each client's unique needs and financial goals. We specialize in property ranging from single family homes, condos, townhomes, 2-4 unit multi-family, and 5+ unit apartments.
In 2014, Marshall Reddick Real Estate was acquired by Ross Nelson and Scott Pastel. New ownership set out to re-imagine the entire process of buying, selling, managing and financing residential real estate. To do this we have created some of the most advanced technology and a website to support our clients and employees from start to finish. This has allowed us to create a safe place where people can learn in person or online at their own pace at no cost, so 100% of their money goes toward their real estate purchases. The future of real estate is here, and investing has never been easier.
Our History
Dr. Reddick began his career in 1970 as a Business Professor at California State University, Los Angeles. After 5 years of teaching and living pay check to pay check, he began looking for a better way to build income with his MBA from University of Colorado Denver and Doctorate from Texas Tech University.
In 1975, he purchased his first investment property, a single family home on the water in Lake Arrowhead, CA. After 3 years of rental income, appreciation, and tax benefits, he realized he found the answer to creating wealth. Within a few years, Dr. Reddick began itching to do what teachers do best when they learn something new, teach others about their new-found knowledge. From this experience, Marshall Reddick Real Estate was born with the vision of simplifying residential real estate. Dr. Reddick wanted to make financial independence accessible to everyone by providing the necessary education and a safe place to work with realtors, lenders, contractors, and property managers all in one place.
Many things have changed since Dr. Reddick founded Marshall Reddick Real Estate back in 1979. However, his real estate principles and legacy live on and are stronger today than ever before.
During Reddick's 35 years of leadership he taught real estate courses in over 100 different State, University, and Community Colleges in California, pioneered real estate investment clubs, created the first company to commercialize out-of-state real estate investing, oversaw in excess of ten thousand real estate events, helped over 50,000 people invest in billions of dollars of real estate, owned over 400 rental properties, and has helped create countless millionaires in the process. These are just a few of the achievements this educator, philanthropist, and real estate investor accomplished to lay the foundation of Marshall Reddick Real Estate.
